ATTENTION
We will send 2 bilingual (Turkish-English) Agreements for each title to be countersigned by the Publisher enclosed our letter by express mail. After the Publisher receive the Agreements, 1 (one) should be signed (both pages) and sealed by the Publisher, and 1 (one) should be returned to our General Directorate address to be reached us not later than July 15, 2011. The procedures for the payment determined by the Advisory Committee will be initiated after we received the signed and sealed Agreement without any missing points by express mail or courier.
