IMPORTANT NOTE:
As our fiscal year will finalize very soon, we will send the Agreements for the approved applications with e-mail attachment. After printing out as 2 copies for each book, the bilingual (Turkish-English) Agreements should be signed (both 1st and 2nd pages) and sealed by the Publishers, and returned to our Ministry not later than November 30, 2012.
The payment procedures will be initiated after we received the fully signed and sealed Agreements. So, we recommend the Publishers to send the Agreements by express or courrier. Because, if we do not receive the Agreements on time, we will have to wait until the next fiscal yar for grant tranfer. After we received the 2 signed copies of the Agreements for each book, we will also send one countersigned copy to the Publishers' adress by post.
